Amouage Interlude Man was launched in 2012. The seductive fragrance revolves around the moment you overcome obstacles and can be satisfied with your own achievements. Pierre Negrin is the nose behind the composition. In the top notes, he blended bergamot with a hint of pepper and a pinch of oregano. Incense is most prominent in the heart, which also features labdanum, gum paste, and amber. The sultry base is a combination of leather, patchouli, agarwood (oud), and sandalwood.
